When the other account is logged in, Windows is in English, and the English keyboard is selected: OK. However, on the login screen, if my account is selected, the French keyboard is selected. If I click on the other account to select it instead, the keyboard layout does not switch to English, I have to select it manually 2 clicks, 1st on "FRA", then choose "ENG" in the list. I have a similar problem after updating to However after updating to Anniversary Edition if I try to type English in Cortana search or any 'Windows 10 app' style program it uses qwerty. If I type Japanese it still uses the colemak layout, but if I use Japanese Input's 'direct input' to type English it uses qwerty layout.
What I have done is add English United States with colemak layout as an additional language. I can use that to type English with colemak layout in Cortana search.
